Important Service Limitations

This service provides Mesa Masonry's estimate to perform specifically identified masonry work. It is not a structural inspection, engineering opinion, home inspection, appraisal, or determination that any repair is necessary.

Mesa Masonry does not determine whether a wall is safe or unsafe, diagnose foundation or structural conditions, establish code compliance, evaluate whether another contractor's estimate is fair, or recommend a transaction credit.

Estimates are based on visible and accessible conditions, photographs, and information provided by the customer.  Concealed conditions and work outside the written scope are excluded.

Home-Sale Masonry Estimates Across the East  Valley

Photo-based home-sale estimates are available for properties throughout Mesa and the East Valley. On-site service in Tempe, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Chandler, Apache Junction, and Queen Creek depends on the project scope and property location.

Real Estate Masonry Estimate Questions

Will you determine whether the repair is necessary?

No.  This service provides a price for Mesa Masonry to perform a specifically identified repair or modification.  It does not determine whether the work is necessary or whether the condition is structurally significant.

Will you compare your estimate with another contractor's estimate?

No. The estimate states what Mesa Masonry proposes to do and what Mesa Masonry would charge.  It does not validate, dispute, or judge another contractor's scope or price.

How quickly will I receive the written estimate?

Standard turnaround will be confirmed before payment.  When scheduling allows, a 24-hour expedited delivery is available for an additional $100.

Do you provide on-site home-sale masonry estimates?

Yes.  An on-site written estimate is available for $250 and includes one visit to view the specifically identified masonry work. Availability depends on the project scope and property location.
